TROIKA - Background Expansion Pack

After 11dragonkid did an intro to TROIKA I remembered how much I loved that game. Then I remembered how much I loved the expansion I made and posted to Reddit, and realized I hadn't posted it here. So if you include the original backgrounds, this expansion will boost them to a total of 66. It also involves some instructions on how to include them in your random rolls in a standard game, alongside the original backgrounds.
